Return & Refund Policy
At Quantum Bloom, our products are made to order. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights. Where applicable, EU customers may cancel within the legal withdrawal period, unless a lawful exception applies, such as a product made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at official@quantumbloom.io with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
EU Consumer Rights As required under EU consumer protection law, this policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable EU legislation.
